Debris Shu'arā' (ِArabic: الْشُّعَرَاء, "The Poets") is the 26th part (sūrah) of the Qurʾan with 227 refrains (āyāt). Huge numbers of these refrains are exceptionally short.
The section discusses different prophets and their clans. Additionally how the doubters were crushed in the wake of compromising prophets with death. It likewise discusses the leniency of God (Allah). This surah begins with the narrative of Moses, trailed by that of Abraham.
As to timing and logical foundation of the alleged disclosure (asbāb al-nuzūl), it is a prior "Meccan surah", which implies it is accepted to have been uncovered in Mecca, rather than later in Medina.
